With over a decade of experience building talent and learning programs, I've had the fortune of working with multiple global companies, creating and executing people strategies that drive real impact.
As a neurodiverse woman, I’m passionate about ensuring that all performance and talent practices are not only effective but inclusive in their design and implementation. My goal is to partner with businesses to create high performing cultures where all employees have the opportunity to succeed.

My Background
My journey into HR and talent management began with a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, fueled by a passion for empowering others. After working with not-for-profit organizations early in my career, I transitioned to an entry-level corporate role, initially viewed as temporary. Little did I know, this marked the beginning of a transformative path that would shape both my career and worldview.
Within the same company, I navigated diverse roles in operations, learning and development, human resources, leadership development, and talent management. Each position offered unique challenges and opportunities, enriching my understanding of business and the employee experience from various perspectives.
I spearheaded initiatives to enhance employee engagement, crafted empowering learning experiences, trained employees across the globe, and collaborated with leadership at all levels to drive organizational transformation at global scale. My expertise in scaling and executing people initiatives and operationalizing strategies has been instrumental in driving lasting change over the course of my career. I've experienced firsthand the impact working for a great company can have on the trajectory of a individual’s career.
